Rules Of Engagement For Picking a Stock

1. the stock must have positive net income.
2. the stock sector has to be a promising or hot sector, except retail sector.
3. the stock must be a sector leader.
4. the market cap is between 5B-200B.
5. the revenue growth rate must be greater than 20%.
6. the EPS growth rate must be greater than 20%.
7. the ROE ratio  must be greater than 20%.
8. the Debt/Equity ratio must be less than 50.
